Check that you are using the same email address and sign-in method you used when creating your account. If an email link has expired, request a new one and open the most recent message.
Still locked out? Email us from the address linked to your OrdaGo account. Never send us your password.
Keep OrdaGo open on your iPhone for a moment after a workout, confirm Bluetooth and internet access, and check that Apple Health permissions remain enabled for OrdaGo.
If a session is missing, include the workout date, activity type, recording device, and whether it appears in Apple Health.
For Strava, confirm that your account is connected and that the requested activity permissions are enabled. You can disconnect and reconnect the service if syncing has stopped.
For Garmin questions, tell us how you expect the activity to reach OrdaGo, such as through Apple Health, and whether it is visible there.
OrdaGo subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions to view, change, or cancel your plan.
For billing help, send us the approximate purchase date and product name. Do not email payment-card details.
You can request deletion from the account or privacy area in OrdaGo. If you cannot access the app, email support@ordago.app from your account email with the subject “Account deletion request.”
We may ask you to verify account ownership. Deleting your OrdaGo account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
Include your iPhone and Apple Watch models, iOS and watchOS versions, the OrdaGo app version, and any steps that reproduce the issue. Screenshots are helpful, but remove sensitive information.
